Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Shipping Times

Australia-wide shipping: Estimated 3–10 business days.
International shipping: Estimated 7–21 business days depending on location and customs.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to public holidays, weather delays, customs processing, or courier delays.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Lunelle, we want you to love your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unopened.
The product must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be provided.

Due to hygiene and skincare safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with:

Photos of the product and packaging
A description of the issue

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Restocking Fee Policy

A restocking fee may apply to eligible returns. This fee covers processing, inspection, and repackaging costs.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Individual results may vary. Our products do not guarantee the prevention of stretch marks, scars, or skin changes, as these can be influenced by genetics, hormones, and other factors.

Always perform a patch test before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

If you are pregnant, have sensitive skin, or have concerns about ingredients, consult with a healthcare professional before use.
